To ensure everyone’s visit is a safe and enjoyable one, any visitors must read and adhere to all the Rules listed below:
When booking you are automatically agreeing to these terms & conditions.
All booking are private to the account holder. The account holder must be over the age of 18. The person named on the account must be present for the session and is responsible for all dogs and persons attending.
There is NO disabled access into the venue as there are stairs to access the DoggySoftPlay.
There is a toilet on site, this is a macerator toilet system so please do not flush anything except toilet paper, there are sanitary bins provided.
A hot drinks machine is available at a cost of 30p in coins.
Standard booking includes 2 dogs. Additional dogs can be added for £2 each, up to a maximum of 8 dogs. Bookings of more than 8 dogs will be classed as a party/event and subject to a party booking at a different price.
Sessions run for 25 minutes and 55 minutes with a 5 minute change over, As courtesy, please exit on time so that your dog is in your vehicle and the next arrival can exit the car ready for their session.
Early arrivals must wait for their allotted time slot.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your booking slot. Eligible cancellations can be refunded or credited to your account to use at another available time slot at DoggySoftPlay. Refunds will be subject to a booking fee of 5%.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable unless cancelled by DoggySoftPlay.
Dogs must be on a lead when entering and exiting the staircase and also the car park. There will be a clip to attach to the bottom gate to ensure no one can come up the staircase while your session is progress. Please leave the clip off when you leave.
DoggySoftPlay is not responsible for any damages or incident arising on the car park and cars are left at the owners risk.
Soft Play:
- You must never leave your dog unattended.
- Dogs may only run off lead within the play area once the door and gate has been closed.
- All dogs must be wearing a well fitted Collar or Harness at all times within the play area.
- Use of the play area’s equipment and/or toys is completely at your own risk.
- DoggySoftPlay is not responsible for any damage of personal belongings whilst using the play area.
- DoggySoftPlay are not responsible for any damage of your dog’s equipment or personal toys whilst using the play area.
Any toilet accidents are the owners’ responsibility and must be bagged and binned straight away using the poo bags and bin provided. Any wee must be wiped down and bagged and binned with the wipes provided. Any owners who do not clear up after their dogs will be charged an automatic additional £25 cleaning charge.
Children under the age of 16 are allowed in the play area however the equipment is designed for dogs. Children do so at their own risk and children must be supervised at all times.
You are legally responsible for your dog’s behaviour at all times.
Please respect our equipment, facilities and staff instructions.
There will be NO staff in the DoggySoftPlay at the time of your booking BUT the facility is covered by CCTV, and reviewed after each session.
A £50 damage charge may be applied for excessive damage. Repeat offenders or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a ban.
DoggSoftPlay reserve the right to ask the owner to remove their dog should their behaviour be deemed undesirable in any way.
XLs are allowed to attend our private hire however they need to be muzzled until inside the room and can not mix with other households. We also require proof of exemption before your session.
In the puppy parties or breed plays, you are fully responsible for your dog’s behaviour and you must remove them from the play area at the first signs of aggression, bullying and/or anything that could be deemed dominant/overly rough play.
DoggySoftPlay will not be liable for any injury incurred on our premises. Any requirement for veterinarian treatment is at the owners discretion and cost.
Dogs attending should be up to date with their vaccinations or titre tests. If not, attendance is at the owners risk.
DoggySoftPlay DO NOT ALLOW:
- Human food within the play area, only in the entrance area
- Dogs in season
- Sick/injured dogs
- Puppies under 12 weeks old
Reactive, nervous or aggressive dogs are welcome for private hire BUT please be aware that other dogs may be on site for our other services. A separate entrance is in place but cross over on the car park can happen.
All rubbish must be placed in the bins provided or taken away.
Our day time staff are all fully canine first aid trained and can provide assistance if required.
On evenings and weekends, when staff is limited, there is an out of hours Veterinary details on the board inside the SoftPlay area. All veterinary and medical costs remain the owners responsibility.
Media and Marketing.
All persons may take photos and videos for personal use and also marketing purposes for the DoggySoftPlay.
Any shared photos or videos on social media may be used as marketing.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
